Craig and Beth England, A Valentines Day Wedding
Craig and Beth could not have chosen a better holiday to join together in holy matrimony. The way they looked across the room at one another or the way Beth would smile when she was dancing in Craig's arms proves that these two sweethearts belong together. These little glances or expressions of delight are what photographers dream of when they book a wedding. Such obvious examples of love are what make our job as wedding photographers worth all the hard work.
I wanted to post just a few of the pictures of before the wedding to give Beth and Craig a sneak peek :) I will post again with some more pictures as soon as they have been edited.

Mike and Amy
June 21, 2008 started out with rain. By the afternoon all had cleared, bringing out the blue in the sky, the green in the grass and clearing the way for a beautiful sunset. Amy and Mike were wed at the historical Old Christ Church. This church is one of the oldest churches in the United States, still on its original foundation. I feel that it was a privilege to both photograph an event at this historical site and to have witnessed the union between these two families. Mike's father performed a truly inspiring ceremony that touched me deeply. The first day of summer turned out to be a beautiful day. I thank you Amy, Mike and both of your families for allowing me to be a part of such a special occasion.

Paula and Mike Hitchcock
Paula and Mike, I want to congratulate you both for making the commitment of a lifetime. I want to thank you for allowing Shawn and I to be involved in every intimate moment of your day. It was one of the most beautiful weddings I have attended. You two are also one of the most beautiful couples I now. You fit together so well. I am so happy that the weather prevailed and that every thing you planed was able to be implemented. Shawn and I for years have been saying that Paula should be wedding or party planner. I have not seen any one plan an event better than you. Best wishes for the both of you and I hope to see you again real soon.

These Are A Few of My Favorite Things
Best Friends, Butterflies, and the Blue Angels
Best Friends
I wanted to use this post as a thank you to my best friend Shawn:)
You see, All of the following pictures were taken with Shawn's new lens the 80-200mm 2.8. She had not had a chance to use it yet so on my camera it went. Thank you Shawn for being so generous, thank you for sharing a passion with me and thanks for just being there.
Butterflies
The day that I took these pictures I had had the pleasure of assisting Shawn on a large family shoot on the beach. On the way home, we stopped at a park just off the beach. It was beautiful, there had to have been about 20 butterflies gathered on a tree. Guess who had the perfect lens on her camera. Yes, I had Shawns 80-200mm. Shawn knows how I love "the pretty butterflies".

Blue Angels
I was able to hold on to Shawn's lens long enough to make it to the Blue Angel 2007 Homecoming Show:) I can remember going to see the Blue Angel Air Shows as a child. I have always admired them. Then I moved to Pensacola (The Home of the Blue Angels!)where they fly by you, at eye level, down the beach, into the sunset. They also fly right over my house for their weekly practices. I love it:) For a little over a year I have been running outside my house twice a week to take a good picture of the Blues. I could not get a shot that I was happy with. Now I have a shot that I am happy with. Thank you again Shawn I could not have taken them with out you and your 80-200mm:)
Fat Alert

The Missing Man Formation
In honor of Blue Angel #6 Kevin 'Kojak' Davis whom lost his life on April 21 2007 durning the final minutes of an airshow in South Carolina. My prayers go out the the team and Davis' family. God Speed
These are just a few extra photos I took with the 80-200mm 2.8 lens. Love you Shawn:)
